Q1): What are the standard check-in/out timing?
Early check-in is subject to availability.It depends on previous guest checkout time. If we don’t have a guest previous night then will certainly provide early check in at your requested time. If we do have a guest previous night then we can try to make it by 12 to 12.30 for you. At the same time we would be happy to assist in baggage drop until we get it ready for you.
Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Kindly inform us in advance of your preferred departure time. Please note that additional charges may apply for extended stays beyond the standard check-out time. If we have next guests then you have to check out on time
Yes, late check-in at night is possible. Kindly inform us of your expected arrival time in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth check-in experience by provinding you required details if needed
Please check the instructions before checkout. If a lockbox is provided, kindly place the key inside it. Switch off all lights before leaving. If there is a smart lock on the door, please ensure the door is properly closed when you exit.
To make a booking, please visit our website abhibhstays.com and click on “Book Now” at the top right. Select your city and preferred localities (you can choose multiple localities to see more stay options), then enter your check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, and click Search. You’ll see available stays based on your request. Click “Know More” for your chosen stay, fill in your booking details, and complete the payment to confirm your reservation.
As per policy, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID. We offer a convenient online process—once your booking is confirmed, a secure link will be shared for document upload prior to arrival on your provided Watasapp Number.
yes, unmarried couples are allowed. Both guests are required to upload valid government-issued photo ID in provided Watsapp Document upload link, and must meet the minimum age requirement of 21Yrs.
As per our cancellation policy, guests are eligible for a full refund if the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more prior to the check-in date. For cancellations made between 8 to 14 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be provided. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Visitor access varies by property. At locations(stays) where visitors are permitted, all visitors must present valid government-issued photo identification at the reception or on provided Watsapp help. We advise confirming with the property prior to your visit.

Yes, our property is family-friendly and prioritizes guest safety. We have round-the-clock security, CCTV monitoring in key areas(at almost all stays), and a dedicated team available 24/7. We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all our guests.
While we primarily cater to short-term stays, we are happy to offer discounts for long-term stays. The discount can be provided depending on the duration of your stay. Please contact us on given watsapp help of our website with your planned dates so we can provide a suitable offer.
We accept payments through Razorpay, which allows you to pay securely using credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking. Please follow the booking process to complete your booking.
Housekeeping services are available throughout your stay. For long-term stays, bed linen is changed every three days. Routine cleaning is performed between 10:30 AM and 6:00 PM, with a preferred window of 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM for continuous guests. Guests may specify any special requirements.

Some of our properties have a washing machine available for guest use. You can check this in the amenities section on our website. If a washing machine is not available, we can provide details of nearby laundry services, and you can use them at actual cost.
Our properties are located in multiple cities and multiple locations,while parking is available at most stays, it may not be provided at every location(Stay). Please confirm parking availability either via our WhatsApp help number or by referring to the amenities section on our website.
Decorations are not permitted within our properties to prevent damage to walls and amenities. If you wish to have decorations, we can connect you with our recommended vendor who can assist with this service.
Our major stays include a kitchen or pantry with necessary utensils and induction cooktops, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Additionally, at our hotel properties, guests may order food, with charges applied according to actual consumption.
